Urban Leap is a Finnish comic strip that first saw the light of day when author Juha Kouvalainen put pen to paper in August 2002. The comic is followed online by thousands of Finnish readers, and first found its way into print in the newspaper Turun Sanomat. Urban Leap constantly surprises readers with its broad range, but also offers points of contact from everyday life: it deals with relationship problems, social issues and life from the perspective of an outsider. There is also a touch of sci-fi adventure thrown in.
